Als Sales Operations Associate unterstützt du den Head of Business & Wealth in allen organisatorischen, administrativen und projektbezogenen Aufgaben rund um unsere Vertriebs- und Kundenaktivitäten. Du arbeitest an der Betreuung strategischer Kundenbeziehungen mit und begleitest operative Projekte.

Du verantwortest den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess für Business & Privatkunden – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss – und stellst sicher, dass der Ablauf effizient, compliant und kundenfreundlich ist.

Du stellst sicher, dass der KYC-/AML-Prozess beim Onboarding den regulatorischen Vorgaben entspricht und alle internen Prozesse ordnungsgemäß umgesetzt werden.

Aufgaben

• Operative Abwicklung und Vorprüfung von Kundenunterlagen sowie Koordination mit Kunden bei fehlenden oder unvollständigen Unterlagen
• Organisation und Durchführung von Vertriebsaktionen, Events oder Partnerformaten
• Unterstützung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen (Nachverfolgung offener Punkte, Fristen und Aufgaben – inklusive proaktiver Nachsteuerung)
• Operative Begleitung und Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Kundenprojekten
• Planung, Terminierung und Organisation von Kundenterminen, Pitch-Vorbereitungen und Präsentationen
• Administrative Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
• Laufende Pflege, Aktualisierung und Nachverfolgung von Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten im CRM-System
• Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Briefings (z. B. Sales KPIs, Marktbeobachtung)

Profil                                    

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftliches Studium
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Vertriebsassistenz, Projektassistenz oder vergleichbaren Rolle
• Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein serviceorientierter, professioneller Umgang mit Kunden
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail – du arbeitest präzise und zuverlässig.
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit strukturierter und eigenständiger Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Hands-on-Mentalität mit Blick für Prozesse, Details und Deadlines
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und Vertriebskennzahlen wünschenswert
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Idealerweise bringst du eine Leidenschaft für Bitcoin mit, verstehst die fundamentalen Werte und möchtest unsere Mission 'Bringing Bitcoin to the people' aktiv unterstützen

Your area of responsibility

• Supporting the Money Laundering Prevention Officer in the implementation and execution of relevant measures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing
• Source of funds checks (fiat, bitcoin)
• Transaction monitoring (analysis of customer transactions, information and documents) and carrying out plausibility checks
• Preparation of money laundering and sanction reports
• Support in the further development of the internal control system (ICS)
• ICS audits on defined special topics

Your profile

• Completed education with Matura (e.g. HAK, AHS)
• Relevant studies (law, business administration or similar) are an advantage
• Ideally, existing professional experience in the area of money laundering prevention
• Interest in legal developments in Austria (e.g. FM-GwG, WiEReG, corporate law)
• Experience with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is desired
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Discretion in dealing with confidential information
• Good language skills in German and English
